Peachwave
Peachwave was so awesome! There were about twelve flavors, but 40 toppings!!! The decor was amazing, mostly because they were my favorite colors, orange and white. I took pictures so I'll upload them in a second. Another thing I liked about Peachwave was the cost, it was only $0.33 an ounce. But I thought there flavors weren't the best, but I still liked them so I would give it a 4 1/2 stars out of 5.

person#1: What will you do when your there?
person#2: I'm not really sure yet.
person#1: Will you swim?
person#2: Yes, the pool is heated.
person#1: Does Bill like to swim?
person#2: Um, he'll bob around for me.
person#1: Bobarino.
person#2: We are close to a lake so we can go down there.

Food Pyramid
I'm sure that most of you have heard of the food pyramid. Well my family and I have been really into it lately and you know, staying active and stuff like that. Well I just wanted to encourage you to maybe try to follow some food pyramid tips. Here is a link to the food pyramid website: http://www.mypyramid.gov/
Also here is a food pyramid poster link you can find on the website: http://www.mypyramid.gov/downloads/MiniPoster.pdf
Another idea I thought of was to assign each member of your family a food category (grains, vegetables, fruits, meats/beans, dairy) then when you go to the store each member is in charge of getting foods in there food category. Then preparing their part of the meal. Then you can all gather around the table and try everyones healthy, but delicious foods.
This is random kind of but you should get a half-hour to an hour of activity each day.
